Where an account is closed for administrative or compliance reasons unrelated to misconduct, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method used for deposit, subject to completed KYC verification.

Before closing an account voluntarily, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be voided and the net real-money balance will be returned.
